IP Dev Program
Build the universe.
Own the IP.
A 9-month career lab for developing original intellectual property — world-building, character creation, transmedia storytelling, pitching and IP licensing across games, animation and publishing.
What is the IP Dev Program?
The IP Dev Program is a 9-month career lab unlike any other — it exists for one purpose: helping creative people build original intellectual property they own. Over nine months, students develop a complete, market-ready IP from scratch — a character-led universe with a world bible, visual development package, narrative arc structure and a transmedia expansion plan covering games, animation series and publishing. The program teaches the full IP development methodology used by professional studios: mythology and lore building, character archetype systems, story structure, visual world design, IP protection and licensing basics, and pitching to studios, publishers and platforms. Students graduate with a pitch deck, a full IP bible and a publishable pilot — the foundation of a franchise.

Build the World.
Own the Rights.
The IP Dev Program exists for one kind of person — the one with a universe in their head and no system to get it out. Over 9 months you will build that system: the world, the characters, the story, the visual identity, the pitch and the legal foundation to own what you create. You stop saying "I have this idea for a world…" and start saying "Here is my IP bible, my pilot and my transmedia pitch." — the difference between an idea and an intellectual property that studios, publishers and platforms can actually respond to.
